Installation
Supply and Fix
Milbank believe in providing a complete professional service, and over 80% of their contracts are on a Supply and Fix basis. Milbank directly employ their own trained and experienced fixing teams, to install the precast concrete products, operating throughout East Anglia, the Midlands, London and South East England.
Coordination & Planning
Contracts Managers and Site Supervisors are trained as "Appointed Persons", and when requested, will visit Clients' sites at an early stage to discuss intricate installation problems. As there is active liaison between Estimators, Designers and Contracts Managers, the most economical and structurally efficient solutions can be achieved.
For each contract a Contracts Manager, in conjunction with the Client's site staff, will prepare site specific Risk Assessments and Safe Working Method Statements. These documents, together with copies of Milbanks' approved working drawings will be in the possession of the fixing team's foreman at the time of installation.
