Position: Planning Administrator

Salary: £22,750 to £24,500 per annum

Hours/Location: 40 hours (Mon-Fri) Office based

Benefits: Company bonus scheme, health care, subsidised meals from our in-house canteen, 23 days annual leave p/a + bank holidays, free on site parking.


Core Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the Planning team.
  • Updating our internal CRM database.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Monitoring the Planning department email inbox and distributing to relevant team members.

Other Responsibilities

  • PPE/Stock monitoring and ordering.
  • Updating department Training Matrix and booking relevant courses.
  • Completing online registration and vehicle booking requirements for customers.
  • Producing delivery tickets.
  • To demonstrate and maintain a positive “can-do” approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by your line manager.

Key individual Skills

  • A confident and professional manner.
  • A reasonable level of computer literacy is essential including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Programs. Further training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills will be essential.
  • Good communication skills at all levels via telephone and email.

Other Information

This position is full time, office based only. You will be working within a team all aiming to achieve the same goal. Own transport will be essential due to our remote location. There are no public transport services available.
