Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Site Support Team. The primary function of this role is to provide cover for absence within our fixing teams, including beam and block and hollow core teams, covering all roles as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading a team in the absence of the Foreman
- Installation of our concrete stairs / beams & block / hollow core / bespoke products in a safe and professional manner to the highest standard. Following our Risk assessment method statement
- Reading Milbank designs and installing products accordingly
- Operate lifting equipment and perform slinging/signalling duties
- Carry out grouting, joint sealing, finishing works & cutting
- Work as part of a team to provide the customer with best possible service
Key Skills and Experience Required
- CPCS and SSSTS qualifications are preferred
- Strong understanding of site safety and safe working practices
- Well organised with the ability to work efficiently on busy construction sites
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and site teams
- Ability to adapt and cover multiple roles within a team
- Full UK driving licence is essential
The ideal candidate will be safety focused, organised and confident working on construction sites. You will be a team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high standards of work. Ongoing training will be provided.
