Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Milbank Concrete Products, Earls Colne, Essex, CO6 2NS

Industry Sectors: Manufacturing, Concrete Pre-cast Products

 

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our Planning Team. The role centers on daily telephone contact with customers to gather critical delivery and installation information. You will update our planning systems to ensure we maintain accurate forward workload and continue to meet customer expectations.

Tasks Include:

  • Make regular outbound calls to customers to obtain required information.
  • Update planning schedules and CRM/ERP systems
  • Liaise with internal departments to share essential planning information.
  • Manage customer emails.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong verbal communication and a positive, proactive approach. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently. Confidence using MS Office and internal systems.
