Planning Manager

We are looking for a Planning Manager to join the team at Milbank Concrete Products. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of production and delivery schedules to meet customer demand and support operational excellence. The roles’ primary function is to lead the planning function, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, factory output, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed production and delivery schedules.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer delivery queries.

• Monitor capacity planning and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, customer service, and transport.

• Analyze production data and delivery performance using Excel tools.

• Lead and support the Factory Production Planners.

• Drive improvements in planning processes and communication standards.

• Support integration and optimization of planning systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with systems such as 4P
