Beam & Block Flooring
Beam & Block flooring is used in the ground floor for most housing projects. This speedy system gives you cost certainty and ensures you are not affected by clay heave. It is also a perfect solution for sound reduction and fire resistance.
WarmFloor Pro Insulated Flooring
Our WarmFloor Pro system works in a similar way to Beam & Block flooring, however, uses expanded polystyrene blocks as infill between the beams instead of traditional concrete blocks. This system achieves lower U-values and is a lower carbon solution.
Stairs & Landings
If your project requires a staircase, precast concrete is an excellent option. Unlike timber, precast concrete can be installed early in the project build enabling you to safely travel between floors. Precast also offers fire resistance and a quieter solution (concrete doesn’t squeak!). Once installed, precast stairs can then be clad in whatever finish you want.
